Biological age · Free self-test
How old is your body really?
Your calendar age only tells you how many birthdays you have celebrated. How old your body actually is, is another matter, and that is exactly what your biological age describes. This free self-test gives you a first estimate in about five minutes of where you stand and where you have the most to gain.
Please enter your age as a whole number between 14 and 120.
The test asks you 25 short questions from five areas. At the end you see your estimated biological age and how well you are doing in each area. You also find out where your biggest levers are and what is already going really well.

More than a number
What makes this test different
There are plenty of biological age tests by now. Many stop at a handful of questions and a single number. BioAge deliberately goes further: the test takes a closer look, puts your result into context and shows you where to start.
-
25 questions instead of a quick check
Each question stands for a factor backed by scientific evidence. How much it counts towards your result depends on how closely it is linked to health and life expectancy in studies.
-
Five areas of life, not just exercise and diet
Besides exercise, nutrition and consumption, the test also covers sleep, preventive care and your life satisfaction: stress, friendships, the things you are passionate about. Social connections in particular are among the best-documented factors in research.
-
Context for every area
You get more than a number at the end. For each of the five areas you see where you are within your personal range, where your biggest levers are and what is already going well.
-
Articles on the individual factors
The most important factors are explained in detailed articles: easy to read, with studies, sources and practical ideas for everyday life. More are added all the time.

To be honest
The test does not measure your cells. It evaluates your lifestyle based on scientific studies and gives you an estimate, not a measurement. Genetics and sex are deliberately left out, because this is about what you can influence yourself. It is not a substitute for a medical examination.
